I know that was a cheesy start to our introduction, but seriously, I am here to help you. By now, you’ve probably read quite a few real estate bios and tons of reviews in your search for the “perfect agent.” As I’m sure you have found, there are many bragging phrases, such as “Million Dollar Producer,” which doesn’t define how that would help you buy or sell a home. At the end of the day, it’s not about the agent. It’s about YOU and what I can do to help you. Whether you are a first-time homebuyer or an experienced seller, I work with each client individually to determine a plan of action to achieve your real estate goals and needs. There is a lot that goes into a real estate transaction. My goal is to help you cut through all the noise and guide you to personal success in buying, selling, or building a home. I try to make the real estate transaction as easy as possible by simplifying complicated concepts to make your real estate experience enjoyable and worth sharing.
Ok, here’s just a bit about me. I grew up in Indianapolis, IN, in the Geist area. Being the daughter of a Real Estate Agent, I moved a lot. I attended Bishop Chatard High School and then studied Marketing, Accounting, and Finance at Marian University, where I was fortunate enough to be on the Marian Softball team. I learned to work hard through sports, school, and extra-curricular activities. My passion for real estate developed at a young age. I’ve been “showing houses” since I was seven years old. I spent Sundays “working” beside my mom and showing houses to her clients, and I loved it. After college, I started working as an auditor at a public accounting firm. I learned a ton in my auditing days, but the few things that stuck with me were problem-solving quickly, being concise with your responses, and being authentic. I have carried these traits into real estate, and they have helped me become the agent I am today. They are a crucial part of my communication skills that help keep me in tune with my clients and help create a better real estate experience.
